Compendium Group open day for Coalville residents

Residents Shirley Nichol and Pat Bell take a closer look at how the regeneration of the Coalville Estate in Stoke-on-Trent is shaping up with Compendium Group new homes advisor Jo Hodgkiss.

The pair were attending a community day organised by Compendium to give residents the chance to take part in some fun activities and find out more about the ongoing regeneration of the estate.

Compendium is the special purpose development company – set up by affordable housing specialist Lovell and the Riverside Group – which is carrying out the £55 million regeneration of the former mining estate as part of the RENEW North Staffordshire programme.
