Kickstart was the first phase of re-development, completed in Spring 2008. This phase resulted in 52 new homes built for sale, rent, shared ownership and for existing owner occupiers to acquire.
Residents started moving into their new homes in autumn 2007 and all the homes are now tenanted or sold.
