Good neighbourhood management is needed to make sure the estate remains a desirable place to live once the regeneration work is completed and also while it is going on. Compendium are working together with Riverside Housing, Stoke on Trent City Council and the community to:
• Ensure quality housing management is provided on Riverside properties.
• Liaise with private landlords on housing management matters such as anti social behaviour.
• Establish a decanting programme to assist with the relocation of residents.
• Develop housing options advice
• Monitor estate ground maintenance and management of green areas before and after regeneration.
• Co-ordinate enforcement action on environmental issues, such as fly tipping.
• Manage green areas, before and after regeneration
Anti social behaviour is the main focus of Neighbourhood Management at present.
